Ten Talents Network: Empowering Change through Art and Collaboration

Ten Talents Network is more than just a service provider—it’s a visionary force, dedicated to bringing together clients, artists, and communities to curate fundraising and project management solutions that inspire. Through the transformative power of visual art, Ten Talents Network crafts experiences that go beyond the ordinary, sparking connection, creativity, and meaningful change.

At the heart of this movement is founder Ena Nearon, a dynamic leader with a passion for turning concepts into reality. Ena has a distinguished history of co-curating and managing high-profile events, including the 2nd and 3rd Annual Health Gap Expo, which welcomed 4,000 attendees, and the inaugural Boone County RC Durr YMCA Annual Fundraiser. Her expert planning and execution have also elevated major fundraising events such as the "Taste of Duveneck" and the nationally renowned "Art in Bloom Gala" at the Cincinnati Art Museum, where she served as Senior Event Manager.

Ena’s talent for bringing people and projects together shines through in her work with notable events like the 2nd Annual Cincinnati Chinese Chamber New Year’s Gala and the Jabez Event, a national gathering hosted by televangelist T.D. Jakes at the Potter's House in Dallas, Texas, with over 3,500 attendees.

Her dedication to art as a vehicle for empowerment extends beyond event management. Ena has collaborated with celebrated and emerging artists like Carin Hebenstreit, Ricci Michaels, Margot Gotoff, Robert O'Neal, Mary Barr Rhodes, Deborah Dixon, and more, playing a key role in showcasing their work. Most recently, her curation of the Raymond P. Harris Retrospective Collection, previewed at three venues, garnered critical acclaim for its depth and impact.

Ena’s leadership has been recognized far and wide, with the *Yellow Springs News* highlighting her ability to amplify underrepresented voices in the art world, noting that she is "bridging the gap between art and empowerment."

In addition to her curatorial work, Ena serves on the Yellow Springs Public Arts and Culture Commission and is the Programming Committee Chairperson for the Ohio Arts Advisory Group of the National Museum of Women in the Arts. She also remains deeply involved in her community as a member of the Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce and the 365 Project Non-Profit organization. At her core, Ena believes that art is a catalyst for transformation, igniting change and connecting us all in the spirit of humanity.

Her projects have touched hearts and minds across various platforms, including:
